If we don’t have lots in a community you want, we can work with you to bundle up a home and lot package in any community where lots are generally available and where the home you want to build is compatible with that community’s requirements.

During our more than 30 years of building homes we have developed more than 30 very popular plans. Our specialty is using these highly optimized plans to keep prices affordable while using the latest technology to allow us to customize the plans to your specific needs. Our goal is to make the process of building a new home as simple, easy and enjoyable as possible for the purchaser. One way we do this is by offering house and lot bundles. You can select a lot, select a house plan, customize the plan, select options then sit back and watch it go up. With our packages we bundle the building permits, sewer and water tap fees and any other site costs into the package so that you don’t have to pay them separately plus we do the construction financing.
