BIA Parade of Homes-June 21 to 29 |

| Heritage Falls in Lowell is the location for this year's Parade of Homes. The homes for this year's BIA Parade of Homes are nearing completion and will be ready for the scheduled opening date of June 21st. Accent Homes will be introducing their newest model, The Hayden, in this parade. The basic plan is a 2000 sq. ft. ranch plan with a full basement. The parade version has a sunroom added plus a 3rd car garage as well as featuring a daylight basement. Upgrades for the parade are too numerous to mention. |

| All improvements are completed and plat is recorded so that permits can now be obtained. This new community, located in Center Township Porter County, features lots with widths of 80 ft. and greater with all city utilities. Homes in this community will be priced from the $180's to to the $350's. |

| Work has started on installation of infrastructure improvements in our newest community. Freedom Springs is located on the northwest side of Lowell... right at the corner of 173rd Ave. and Nichols St.(Cline Ave.). This is right across from the site of the 2008 Parade of Homes site. |

Cherry Hill Improvements Under Way |

| Improvements have been started for the Valparaiso area's newest community. Located on Tower Road just south of Rt. 130, this area offers easy access to transportation routes while having a secluded natural country setting. Homesites are expected to be ready for new homes to be started by early November. |
