USDA announces availability of funding |

| USDA has announced the availability of funding for 100% loans for qualifying areas such as Lowell, Hebron, Kouts and DeMotte. We are sometimes concerned about money being available for these loans so it is good news that there seems to be plenty at this time. Our understanding that this funding needs to be used up this fall so time is of the essence. Please check with your sales consultant for more information. |

The hours will be Noon to 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays and 1 to 6 pm weekdays. NAHB Forcasts Improving Housing Market |

| The cheif economist of the National Association of Homebuilders presented his forcast for the coming year and beyond at the Association's International Builder's Show in Orlando last week. The forcast calls for modestly improvements each year for 2011 and 2012. Continued improvement in the resale markets will enable more move-up buyers to purchase. |
