Tax Credit Extension Passed and Signed |

| Congress has passed and the President has signed an extension and expansion of the Tax Credit Program. This new program allows move up buyers who have been in threir present homes for 5 years to get a credit of $6,500. The credit for first time buyers would continue to be $8,000. |

No Money Down Financing Available!!! |

| No money down government backed financing in now available for our new homes in Lowell, DeMotte, Hebron and Kouts. This program allows eligible borrowers to borrow 100% of the cost of a new home and to roll the closing costs into the purchase as well. The program also has liberal credit approval guidelines for those with less than perfect credit. This is a program designed to stimulate housing availability in less populous areas. |
