HBA of NWI Parade of Homes is Coming

The HBA of Northwest Indiana has announced plans for this year's scattered site Parade of Homes to be held June 1 thru 9. Accent Homes is planning to enter their new MONASTERY WOODS Model Home in the event. This new model is our PHILLIPS plan wich is a 2016 sf two story plan with 4 large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a host of bonus features. Other homes will be available throughout both Lake and Porter Counties. We look forward to seeing a lot of people this year.

The Irvington is added to our plan portfolio

Accent Homes has added the DESIGN BASICS "Irvington" plan to their portfolio of stock plans. This home is a very attractive 4 bedroom 2 story plan with many great features such as: main bedroom with 2 walk in closets, a private bath which sports a whirlpool as well as a shower; an upstairs laundry room; a main floor den/office; a full basement and much more.

	Monestary Woods is a new community in Cedar Lake which is in a very convenient location for commuters who drive into the Chicago area or into Hammond, East Chicago and other cities. It features a "Tot Lot" right in the center of the community. House and lot packages vary from the mid $100k to the mid $250k range.
